The colours and jellying agents we are using in our products - Sosa, is one of the leading manufacturers of premium ingredients for gastronomy and pastry in Spain.
We are NOT using any products contains palm oil or any other trans fats. Usually it gives cakes stability in cost of your health - the compromise we'd never agree to. Therefore all our stabilizers are natural and proven to be harmless for human, nevertheless it may not be possible to keep our cakes without refrigeration for more than 1 hour at room temperature. We guarantee freshness of our Cakes, Entremets, Petit Gâteau and French macarons for 72 hours and Chocolates - up to 1 month.
For boosting the tastes of our desserts and chocolates we are using Premium alcohol like Cointreau, Crème de cassis, Baileys, Amaretto, Malibu, Kahlúa.
Other ingredients like milk, cream, nuts etc we are getting local - the best avaliable.
